After leapfrogging the No. 27 Aston Martin during pit stops, Ben Barnicoat led the final hour of the race. De Angelis and Ross Gunn settled for second and Bryan Sellers and Madison Snow in the No. 1 Paul Miller Racing BMW M4 GT3 settled for third.
Although ailing, Kirkwood teamed with Barnicoat to win the GTD class and gave Vasser Sullivan and Lexus their first win. Both Kirkwood and Barnicoat were late additions, with Barnicoat a replacement for regular Jack Hawksworth, who was injured in a motorbike crash.
